Welcome to McKenzie Reeves. By accessing our reading halls, facilities, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Admission & Membership

Admission is reserved only for registered members of our library. Members must provide accurate personal details, a valid photo ID, and contact details during enrollment. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.

2. Library Decorum & Conduct

To maintain a quiet and productive study environment, all members must abide by the library conduct rules:

• Silence must be strictly observed in all study halls. Continuous whispering or disruption is not permitted.
• Mobile Phones must be kept on silent or vibrate mode. Phone calls must be answered outside the study halls.
• Cleanliness: Littering is strictly prohibited. Use garbage bins for waste disposal. No eating or open drinks are allowed inside study halls.

3. Facility & Asset Utilization

Members are expected to use library assets (desks, lockers, chairs, power sockets, and high-speed WiFi) responsibly. Any damage to library property caused by negligence will be charged to the respective member.

4. Personal Belongings

The library management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings (laptops, bags, mobile phones, or books) kept on the library premises. Members are advised to utilize lockers and look after their valuables.

5. Termination of Membership

The management reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual found violating the library rules, showing inappropriate behavior, or disrupting the study environment, without any prior notice or refund.
